Twice a year, ERI conducts a free Workforce Insight Survey that is open to anyone willing to participate. These surveys cover an array of topics related to current trends in compensation. Some of our past surveys included questions related to remote work, artificial intelligence (AI), and merit increases.

You can view the results of a past survey report here.

Every survey participant will receive a free copy of the survey results as soon as they are ready.
